Things You Need to Know

We founded Carol Eppel Antiques with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

SHIPPING


If item does not qualify for free shipping, the buyer covers all shipping costs.  Delivery cost will depend on location and item, and ability to deliver.  Major items, like furniture, will be contracted through Plycon Van Lines, unless otherwise requested.  Smaller items will be contracted through UPS or USPS.

Due to Covid 19, we are presently offering shipping only within the continental USA.

RETURNS


All sales are final unless pre-approved. 



Returns accepted only in the event of an error in listing.  Please read the listings carefully.  Refunds, if necessary, will be processed promptly.
